Hello,

The EELS can be obtained from dielectric function, which is .eps files.

I would like to know is there any utility I can use to process .eps files to get EELS? or is there any other link code possible to use?

I build a supercell of vacuum/film/substrate. I would like to just optimize film cell along the c direction while keeping substrate cell fixed. How could I do that?
