intra band contribution in q->0 limit

Dear developer,

I am writing to confirm the implementation of intra band contribution of q->0 for chi0 and dielectric matrix of metals.
I didn't find related documentation on line so far. Is the code currently implemented according to the paper Marco Cazzaniga, Phys. Rev. B 77, 035117 or something else? because this method was working only for plasma pole model.
Or the code has a different treatment. Is the intraband contribution included by default or a parameter gives options? It will be great if you can help make this clear for me.
