Hello,

I am interested in implementing XC functional to fit new QMC data for uniform electron gas at finite temperature (References included below). At the moment there is an exisitng XC at finite temperature implemented in libxc-3.0.0.(xc_lda_xc_ksdt, PRL 112, 076403(2014)) which is inaccurate for certain regimes. Any suggestions on how to implement XC functionals are welcome.
