Dear all,

I have installed abinit-6.4.2, configured with --enable-wannier90 option, in a PC with
Ubuntu OS. It seems to me that enabling wannier90 was not successfully done:
in the config.log file I noticed that

build_wannier90='no'
enable_wannier90='no'

and by running tw90_1 test I got the following error message:

Chkinp: Checking input parameters for consistency, jdtest = 1
Chkinp: Checking input parameters for consistency, jdtest = 2

What you have to look at, is the "Plugins" section of configure's output. It will likely tell you why Wannier90 has been disabled.

My personal guess is that configure is probably unable to download the source tarball of Wannier90. You should be able to figure out why relatively easily.

Is there a way to download the tarballs for the plugins manually and put it in the .abinit/tarballs directory?
