Missing variable outputs

The internally used value of so_psp is never echoed in the output file. Basically, one can not be sure from the output whether abinit has applied the SO correction or not, and using which formalism (HGH or HFN). This should be remedied, but as it will change a lot of reference files, I am posting here for suggestions. A line in outvars.F90 would be a start, but a full phrase explaining which SO treatment will be used for each pseudopotential would be much better.
More generally, we should have a comprehensive check of which input variables are not echoed to output (eventually certain internal variables as well), and clarify which code path abinit is actually going to take.
