EF, VBE and CBE values

Post by apascon » Thu Sep 09, 2010 4:09 pm

Does the output file gives me the values of fermi energy, VBE and CBE? Is there any parameter that I need to adjust in the input file?

Check the _EIG file (prteig 1 is the default). The Fermi level or HOMO is output. For the band edges you'll have to go through the eigenvalues yourself. We could add this as a standard output - it's convenient...
