First I found this question in your posts but my question is:
I want to know if there is a version of TB09 pseudopotential generated available using APE code like version of PAW pseudopotential (available), because I don't know how to generate this pseudopotential , me too I want to use meta-GGA-TB09 to calculate the band structure of semiconductor
