Fail running a toptic of tutorespfn test in cygwin

Dear all,
As a test, I ran a toptic_1 of turtorespfn test in cygwin and got the following error:
Administrator@NN-PC /cygdrive/e/Chemsoft/Abinit/runabinit/nlo
$ abinit <toptic_1.files > 1.log
Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference.
Backtrace for this error:

#1 0x609FB16B
#2 0x61033502
Segmentation fault
SYSTEM: gcc version: 4.9.3, cygwin in windows 7
But I can run this test fine under Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5 with gcc version 4.4.7 20120313
toptic_1.out, 1.log, and toptic_1_STATUS are attached
Any help will be appreciated
