with_linalg_libs="-L/usr/lib64 -llapack -lf77blas -lcblas -latlas"
with_dft_flavor="atompaw+bigdft+libxc+wannier90"
enable_gw_dpc="yes"
configure result is:

I attach the config.log. Could you tell me how to solve the problem. Thank you.

I solve the problem
install mpich, and add
enable_mpich="yes"
into name.ac file.
