School registration

How to register

Before you can apply for the school, you need to create an account, if not already done (see Login menu on the top).

Afterwards, sign-in and then click on the "School registration" menu item again to fill in the form below.

If you are accepted, you will receive an email to comfirm your participation. 
Acceptance of participants will depend on the maximum number of participants that we can afford (around 25-30) as well as specific access rules to the TGCC.  

Registration fee

The registration fee covers the cost of the school as well as meals and accomodation if you decide to book a room at the Belambra hotel.

Participation to the school will cost 100€ without accomodation and 450€ (single room) or 350€ (double room) if you stay for 4 nights at the Belambra hotel.

Participation to the school and accomodation is free of cost for members of the NOMAD Center of Excellence and invited speakers.
Note that NOMAD members must nevertheless create an account and fill the registration form.

Insitutions member of the NOMAD Center of Excellence:

The payment will be open only after reception of the confirmation of acceptation.

Deadlines

• Registration opening :  October 15^th, 2023
